The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, test, and maintain software applications that align with CCS's consulting, job posting, and recruitment services. 2. Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. 3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages. 4. Integrate third-party APIs and services for job posting, candidate management, and recruitment process automation. 5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience. 6. Maintain and update existing software systems, ensuring compatibility with current technologies and tools. 7. Work with external clients and partners to understand project requirements and translate them into functional software solutions. 8. Participate in regular code reviews and maintain software development best practices. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of CCS’s IT services, ensuring the delivery of top-quality solutions. 10. Ensure software applications are secure, scalable, and meet industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role in an IT consulting environment. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or others. Familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks, web development tools, and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with integrating APIs and working with RESTful services. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Ability to stay updated with new technologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working in the recruitment, consultancy, or job posting domain.
